New Year New Me??
Happy New Years everyone, hope you all had an amazing holiday and wishing you all the best in the new year.
As it is the second day of the new year, it’s time to sit down and plot for success this year. I know everyones currently making their new years resolutions and even though I am not one for resolutions I decided to put some though into it this year.
I like to just set goals and work towards them, I don’t want to fizzle out on resolutions by febuary. So here’s my advice, pick 5 things you absolutely want to accomplish this year. Then take it a step further and really sit and plan out the steps you need to take in order to accomplish them. My reasoning for this is simple, you can make all the resolutions you want in the world but if you do not have any plans on how to get to your goal, you will indeed fizzle out halfway through the year.
Here is a snapshot of my top 5 goals this year
1.Get back in shape
– Actually get a gym membership, limit eating out to once a week and find a vitamin I will actually take.
2.Be consistant on my blog
– Invest in a new camera and schedule time atleast twice a week strictly for creating content
3.Stop procrastinating
-Use what I love as a reward (shopping) for getting things done in a timily mannor.
4. A new experience every month
– brainstorm a list of things I have never done and plan to do one every month.
5.Actively work towards my goals
-Weekly address any and all efforts made towards accomplishing my goals.
Good luck to you all on what ever you choose to go after this year, just remeber to plan for success, goals are just dreams if you don’t have a plan on how to accomplish them.
